About us

• It all began in 2003 with construction of AVS device for personal use. It was my last year of studies at Czech Technical University in Prague. The device was made up from the cheapest components. AVS device were available on Czech market, however they were too expensive for my occasional use. Friends and family members were excited about my machine. The total cost also suggested that there might be a market niche.

• Market research brought my attention to small Czech company, AVC Neurosystems, which produced a simplified AVS device and was selling it commercially. It took a year to finalize my product with help of Mr. Zdeněk Valečko Jr. We chose name Sirius. When we realized that the same name was used for another AVS machine, we added ACR. The name of my firs product is therefore Sirius ACR.

• As PhD. students of biocybernetics, Zdeněk Valečko Jr. and me, we further worked on improvements of our products. Based on my experience from e-shop http://shop.relaxuj.com we started to focus on sleep disorders. Almost half of my customers bought AVS device in order to ease sleep onset or improve quality of sleep. Therefore in Sleep Edition, which is a newer version of Sirius ACR, we added eight new sleep programs.

• Happy Electronics is an umbrella for my developing activities and inherits all my previous products and know how. We hope Happy Electronics will enable financing of further developments. We also envision our future cooperation with ACR Neurosystems and other companies in biocybernetics. Hopefully we will be able to develop modern AVS devices and offer then not only on the Czech market.
