Privacy Policy — Noxuma Sleep — English
Noxuma Sleep (bundle ID hecz.com.sleepBetter) is a local-only sleep monitoring app published by Happy Electronics s.r.o. This policy differs from the general website policy and from other Happy Electronics apps — Noxuma Sleep collects nothing.
Data we do NOT collect
The app does not collect, transmit, store on servers, or share with third parties any of the following:
- Audio recordings
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, address)
- Analytics or telemetry (no Google Analytics, no advertising identifiers)
- Location
- Contacts
Data kept on your device
The app stores locally:
- Audio event markers (timestamps of probable snoring / movement)
- PIR motion frames from an optional SleepPhaser lamp
- Sleep session summaries (duration, quality label, snore count)
- Your preferences (wake time, smart window, sensitivity)
This data never leaves the phone. You can delete any session or all local data from Settings.
Permissions
- Microphone — required for overnight snore / movement detection. Audio is processed on-device and the raw stream is dropped immediately; nothing is written to disk.
- Bluetooth — optional, only when you pair a SleepPhaser bedside lamp. Used exclusively for BLE communication with that device.
- Notifications — used to ring the smart alarm at the chosen time.
