A light-and-sound device built into glasses: LEDs, headphones, an MP3 player and 52 programs. Presented in 2007. Programs could be edited in JAVSEditor.
Light and sound
A light-and-sound device built into glasses: LEDs, headphones, an MP3 player and 52 programs. Presented in 2007. Programs could be edited in JAVSEditor.
Glasses with coloured light, an MP3 player, a remote control and 52 programs; the 2013 "Safe battery" variant has a battery switch. Programs and your own music were uploaded with AVS Studio.
The LED on the MP3 unit stops blinking and stays on. Switch the light unit off before charging. A full charge takes about 4 hours; b1–b3 on the display means it is time to charge.
Newer units are protected against switching on while charging. Wait about a minute after unplugging.
Charge for at least 30 minutes. Press X then RGB on the remote; the device turns off. Switch it on again without pressing anything and wait until the display goes 00 → 01 → 02 → 03 (up to 5 minutes). If that does not help, write to us.
Regenerate the missing program in AVS Studio, copy all files to your computer, delete them on the device and copy them back in order starting with program 1.
Wireless light-and-sound glasses controlled from the phone. No longer made; existing units work with the Mindroid app on Android. Contact us for repairs.
A USB interface with light glasses controlled from a computer. Programs were created in JAVSEditor and later in AVS Studio.
Coloured light glasses for the computer (from 2014 also for Android), optionally with a palm skin conductance sensor.
Windows sometimes installs the wrong driver for the USB adapter. Install FTDI VCP and reconnect the device.
The polarity is set wrong — switch it in the stimulation settings.
AVS Studio, BfOnline and GsrStudio are Java applications. Install Java (JRE) first.
Light glasses connected by cable to an Android phone and controlled by the Mindroid app from the Urbandroid team; on a PC they were driven by AVS Studio. Withdrawn from sale in 2026.
Use an OTG-capable phone and cable, allow the app to access the USB device and select the glasses as external glasses in Mindroid settings.
A ready-made set: a tablet with the Mindroid app, coloured light glasses and headphones.
Sleep
A sleep mask with coloured LEDs connected by cable to an Android phone. With Sleep as Android it gave light cues during sleep; with Mindroid it worked as light glasses. The successor is the Sleep Mask V2.
Settings → Smartlight → turn on "Use smartlight" and "Use Sleep Mask" and set the intensity below.
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Keep about 2 cm around the LEDs dry, the electronics are there.
No. OTG does not allow charging and a connected device on one port at the same time.
The first bedside lamp developed with the Urbandroid team for Sleep as Android, launched on Indiegogo in 2017. Its firmware and colours are still managed by the Sleep Phaser Remote Control app.
A compact version with touch control of three light modes. It works with Sleep as Android; support is on the current lamp's page.
A children's night lamp with Sleep Phaser electronics in a wall light, for Sleep as Android.
A smaller Sleep Phaser variant presented in April 2019.
Biofeedback
A cabled skin conductance sensor with electrodes for the fingers or the palm. It connected to a PC via USB (GsrStudio) and to an Android phone via OTG (the eMet app, no longer on Google Play). The successor is Emet Wireless.
Wait for the driver to install, or install FTDI VCP manually.
The files are rarely downloaded, which triggers some antivirus heuristics. Add an exception for the GsrStudio folder.
Attach the electrodes to two fingers or the palm, sit comfortably and move as little as possible — movement distorts the signal.
A Bluetooth finger oximeter for Android and iPhone that sent the pulse wave to the StressLocator app. The successor is the BM1000C. A cabled ear sensor was available in 2015–2016.
A wrist oximeter with a display and a finger sensor that sent data to StressLocator and Sleep as Android.
Software
A cross-platform successor of StressLocator for showing HRV from oximeters. Still available on iPhone, no longer on Android. We actively develop StressLocator Pro.
A beta app with light-and-sound programs. Renamed to Brain Control.
A Windows program for playing and editing light-and-sound programs and generating programs for Victory V2. Needed for the Flex and Mindroid Glasses light glasses on a computer.
A Windows program for measuring and recording skin conductance from the USB sensor: notes, printing, ohm/siemens switching, CSV export. Start a measurement with File → New and save it with File → Save as.
A program for Flex V2 with biofeedback that chose programs by skin conductance and stored statistics online. The server has been discontinued, so the program can no longer sign in.
An older editor of light-and-sound programs for PC Mind Machine and Victory. Its functions moved to AVS Studio.
A web tool for uploading purchased programs to Victory V2. It no longer works, because browsers no longer support Java Web Start.
An experimental Android game with drone control, for testers only. It was never publicly released.
