The mask used to be called Bluetooth Sleep Mask. Here is how to assemble, pair and use it safely.
Insert the electronic board into the cloth mask as shown in the video. Then pair the mask in the app.
On iPhone and Android with our Brain Control app. On Android also with Urbandroid apps: Mindroid (light-and-sound programs) and Sleep as Android (light alarm). The mask has no speaker — sound plays from the phone.
The mask produces flashing light. Do not use it if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing light, or during pregnancy. Keep your eyes closed during light programs and stop the program if you feel unwell.
